I did NOT like the restaurant that was open to the public, very unfriendly staff and the food was subpar. I loved the bar and staff inside the hotel.

Genuinely friendly staff and very helpful, a warm welcome with a glass of bubbles. An unexpected upgrade which was really appreciated for our wedding anniversary along with chocolates and wine, a really special touch. A great location for visiting London and shopping.

This is a wonderful hotel in a great location, you won’t be disappointed if you stay here. The room we had was beautiful, clean and with a very comfortable bed. staff were professional and welcoming. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had - superb. the Christmas special cocktails were also spot on (whoever came up with the proof is in the pudding was a genius!)

Amazing experience from day one till departure. Extremely professional service at the front desk, lounge room and at breakfasts. You feel you are in 5* hotel, truly. Clean rooms, very good, daily housekeeping. Comfortable beds. We will definitely come back there.

All the staff are exceptional, a true pleasure communicating with them. We booked a 2 room double with rollaway bed in the sitting room, large space and true to specified size. Comfortable beds; His and Her basin bathroom which was spacious and sparkling clean. We took advantage of the lounge access and although busy on the Saturday, table, food and drinks were readily available served by professional staff. Great choice of food at breakfast. St James's Tube station is across the street but Victoria is 12 mins walk. Walk to The Mall/Trafalgar Square or Embankment in under 20minutes.

The staff were outstanding! excellent customer service. They clearly are highly trained. The inclusive Full English Breakfast with either an option from the a la carte menu or extensive buffet were well worth the money. Access to the executive lounge was also worth including on our trip with 24 hour access to espresso, tea, sodas and snacks. An expanded continental breakfast along with light afternoon tea service - sandwiches, cookies and cheeses as well as even canapés with cocktails wine and beer were wonderful. Lovely well appointed rooms and directly across the street from St James station (underground train)

The welcome at reception was nothing short of exceptional, incredibly attentive, warm and friendly. We were offered a glass of sparkling wine and walked to the elevator by a member of staff. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was gorgeous and spotless. Very good AC, nice coffee and tea in the room plus a fridge with complimentary water. The food at breakfast was very nice also with a large selection available. Fantastic location right opposite the tube. Beautiful hotel bars and restaurants, the decor is stunning.
